Bills and Dareus Agree

July 29, 2011

The Buffalo Bills sign their big first round rookie Marcell Dareus today.

Dareus was drafted by the Bills in April with the 3rd overall pick.  Darues, a DT out of the University of Alabama, and the Bills have agreed to a 4 year $20.4 million deal.  The Bills also recently signed ex-Jets utility player Brad Smith yesterday.  Smith is a very versitile player, last year he returned kicks and punts as well as played WR and was the 2nd QB on the depth chart.  Despite all of the big moves, the Bills still figure to be the cellar dewelars of the AFC East.
